CONFORMITY PROGRAM
OVERVIEW
The Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control (COSQC) in Iraq has implemented a program for the pre-inspection, testing, and issuance of certificates of conformity for goods imported into the Republic of Iraq. This program is designed to ensure that all imported goods meet the required safety, quality, and regulatory standards before they are allowed into the Iraqi market.
PROGRAM GOAL
Protect industries from unfair competition. Prevent non-compliant products flooding the local market. Simplify customs clearance. Minimize the risk of product rejection in the destination country.

To apply for a Certificate of Conformity:
- Filled Request for Certification
- Client Declaration Form.
- Copy of Proforma Invoice & Copy of Packing List.
- Test Reports (Accredited 17025 Laboratory)
- Transport Documents (Bill of Lading/Other Transport Documents).
- Physical Inspection & Products Photos.
