OVERVIEW
TIC manages various governmental conformity verification programs, all carefully designed to maintain the quality and safety standards specified by the importing country. By implementing these initiatives, we focus on safeguarding consumers and the environment while also enhancing the standing of companies.
We carry out extensive conformity evaluations before goods are shipped, carefully reviewing and verifying the documents, gathering samples for lab testing when required, and inspecting goods physically.
Once the conformity assessment process is complete, we issue the mandatory certificate required by the authorities of the importing country. This certificate of conformity (CoC) guarantees that shipments will not be rejected, allowing importers to smoothly clear their goods through customs.

Iraq Verification of Conformity Program (VOC)
OVERVIEW
The Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control (COSQC) in Iraq has implemented a program for the pre-inspection, testing, and issuance of certificates of conformity for goods imported into the Republic of Iraq. This program is designed to ensure that all imported goods meet the required safety, quality, and regulatory standards before they are allowed into the Iraqi market.

COC PROCESS
To apply for a Certificate of Conformity:
- Filled Request for Certification
- Client Declaration Form.
- Copy of Proforma Invoice & Copy of Packing List.
- Test Reports (Accredited 17025 Laboratory)
- Transport Documents (Bill of Lading/Other Transport Documents).
- Physical Inspection & Products Photos.
KURDISTAN CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY (COC) FOR NEW AND USED VEHICLES EXPORTATION
Vehicles Pre-export inspection and Certificate of Conformity (COC) are mandatory for exporting vehicles to many countries.
TIC is an approved quality control company that provides quick and efficient vehicle inspections and Certificates of Conformity (COC) that meet specific vehicle standards and requirements determined by any country’s government.
TIC Quality Control has been appointed as the sole Certification Body authorized to issue Certificates of Conformity (COC) for Vehicles entering Kurdistan through the Parvez Khan border crossing.
Kurdistan’s Consignment-Based Conformity Assessment (CBCA) program mandates that all regulated products, including vehicles, must comply with established standards before entering the borders of Kurdistan.
Legal requirements of the CBCA program for vehicles entering Kurdistan
TIC Quality Control will conduct a pre-export inspection based on the legal requirements of the CBCA program for vehicles such as:
- Documentary verification to check vehicle history
- Inspected for water flood, fire accident
- Visual inspection of vehicle Chassis
- Two fully functional and working front airbags
- Vehicles (ABS) system inspection
- Seat stern vehicles or changed stern inspection
- Body exterior and interior components of vehicles inspection
This program aims to ensure that vehicles exported follow standards and meet safety requirements.
A Certificate of Conformity (COC) shall be issued if the vehicle passes its inception. This will confirm that the vehicle complies with the relevant Kurdistan technical regulations and approved standards. In case a vehicle fails to pass its inspection, no Certificate of Conformity will be issued.
