This course is designed to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to conduct internal audits in accordance with the ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) requirements and ISO 19011:2018 guidelines for auditing management systems.
ISO 22000:2018 FSMS is the latest iteration of an international standard tailored for the food industry. The training program is structured to provide a comprehensive understanding of the principles, requirements, and practices outlined in the ISO 22000 international standard. Participants will also learn how to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the management system.
