A mark issued by the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control (COSQC) after the approval of the Minister of Planning, indicating the conformity of products to their specific Iraqi Standard Specification. This mark is granted in accordance with the Iraqi Quality Mark Instructions No. (2) of 2011, published in the Iraqi Gazette, issue No. 4179 on 07/03/2011.
Based on the decision of the Ministerial Council for Economy No. (230339 Q), communicated through their letter No. (2311066) on 06/12/2023, it is required for (parent) manufacturing companies to obtain the Iraqi Quality Mark for their products supplied to Iraq, as listed below:
✔ Household Storage Electrical Water Heaters
✔ Household Electric room heaters
✔ Household Electric Refrigeration Appliances (Refrigerator, Refrigerator – Freezer, Freezer)
✔ Household Air Conditioners
✔ Electric ovens
✔ Cigarettes

علامة الجودة العراقية
هي علامة تصدر من قبل الجهاز المركزي للتقييس والسيطرة النوعية (COSQC) بعد موافقة وزير التخطيط، وتشير إلى مطابقة المنتجات للمواصفة القياسية العراقية الخاصة بها. تُمنح هذه العلامة وفقًا لتعليمات علامة الجودة العراقية رقم (2) لسنة 2011، والمنشورة في الجريدة الرسمية العراقية، العدد رقم 4179 بتاريخ 07/03/2011.
استنادًا إلى قرار المجلس الوزاري للاقتصاد رقم (230339 ق)، والمبلغ عبر كتابهم رقم (2311066) بتاريخ 06/12/2023، يتوجب على الشركات المصنعة (الأم) الحصول على علامة الجودة العراقية لمنتجاتها الموردة إلى العراق، كما هو مذكور أدناه:
سخانات المياه الكهربائية المنزلية للتخزين
مدافئ الغرف الكهربائية المنزلية
الأجهزة الكهربائية المنزلية للتبريد (ثلاجة، ثلاجة – مجمدة، مجمدة)
مكيفات الهواء المنزلية
الأفران الكهربائية
